Mactech's flagship product is our clamshell lathe. We have four types of clamshell lathes: the US, the LC, the USS and the WD Clamshell.

US Clamshell: The US Clamshell is Mactech's standard clamshell. It is our original clamshell and has the heavy duty construction that makes it a great machine for all applications.

LC Clamshell: The LC or "Low Clearance" Clamshell is lighter than standard clamshells and its low clearance allows it to fit into tight areas where standard clamshells will not.

USS Clamshell: The USS Clamshell is a cross between the US and LC series. It has the low clearance and lightweight of a LC, but it has the heavy-duty durability and thickness of the US.

WD Clamshell: The WD or "Worm Drive" Clamshells are heavy duty and are used for cutting extra heavy wall pipe.

Portable Mills: Our portable milling machines are designed to make on-site, close tolerance machining cost effective. Ideal for strict environments and repair work where dismantling is not feasible, the portable mills can be clamped, bolded, or magnetically attached directly onto the work piece and mounted in any direction. Model 1-4 Fitting Machine: Our 1-4 Fitting Machine is a portable end prep lathe. It bevels, faces, and counterbores 1" to 4" elbows, tees, and crosses. The Model 1-4 preps all new fittings and is able to modify any previously prepped configurations. This allows for the reuse of previously discarded fittings and pipe.

Line Boring Machines: Our line boring machines (LB 100 & LB 200) feature an independently powered spindle drive and feed system; self centering cones for fast accurate alignment and a rigid, lightweight slide feed unit easily affixes to the bearing support mount.

End Prep Lathes: Mactech's End Prep Lathes can form bevel, face, counterbore and single point bevel pipe and face flanges that range from 2" to 36". We have four end prep lathes that enable us to cover such a wide range of pipe, the 2-6B SP, 4-12BSP, 12-24 SP, and 24-36 SP.

Stresstech's flagship product is our QZ stress relief console. We have five different types of QZ's available, they are the QZ 1500 8, the QZ 1000 6, the Microcommander 6, the TZ 600, and the LCS 300 Single Zone.

QZ 1500 8: This portable stress relieving console has eight zones capable of providing 1000 AMPs of power at 80 Volts DC to eight 300 AMP resistance heating zones. Each zone is independently controlled by its own ramping temperature controller, enabling the operator to run up to eight different profiles at the same time.

QZ 1000 6: This portable stress relieving console has six zones. It operates the same as the QZ 1500 8 and has the same power and distribution capabilities to each of its six zones.

Microcommander 6: This portable stress relieving consolehas six zones and has the same physical capabilities of our six and eight zone machines. The Microcommander has built in recorders and it is capable of doubling as a welding center.

TZ 600: The TZ 600 is a two-zone portable temperature controller that can be operated automatically or semi-automatically, or manually. Each of the ramping controllers operates independently of each other, enabling the operator to begin heating cycles at two different times.

LCS 300: The LCS 300 controller is a single zone temperature controller that can be operated automatically, semi-automatically, or manually.

Temperature Recorders: Our temperature recorders are calibrated from 0-2000 °F. with an accuracy rating within 1.5% of the reading. All recorders have an LED display and can be specially programmed for any specific application. There are 6 different recorders that range from 6 Point, 100mm to 24 Point,180mm.

Zap Gun: Used to attach thermocouple wire to the work piece, the Zap Gun provides 5 to 50 Watt/second of power for the fast attachment of thermocouples by means of a capacitor discharge procedure.
